Dr. rer.nat. Priyadarshini Tilak | Founder & Lead Scientific Consultant
An Indo-German life sciences professional with 12+ years of international experience, Dr. Tilak specializes in plant proteomics, stress signalling, and LC-MS–based workflows. She holds a Master’s in Plant Science from the University of Bonn, an MTech from Dr. D. Y. Patil University, a PhD (Dr. rer. nat.) from the University of Münster, and completed her postdoctoral research at the University of Mainz. Her work spans advanced research, cross-border collaborations, and regulatory frameworks including EU-MDR and GCP.

At Sukshmadarshini™, she leads with a focus on translating scientific knowledge into real-world applications bridging academia and industry through collaborative, research-driven initiatives. Her efforts are directed toward strengthening scientific rigor, enabling practical skill development, and creating meaningful pathways for Indian researchers to engage with global, particularly European, research and innovation ecosystems. She is particularly passionate about building accessible, high-quality scientific ecosystems that combine mentorship, collaboration, and applied research to generate measurable impact in agriculture and life sciences.
